Arrived broken

Bracelet looked cool but arrived broken. I have emailed their customer service twice to see about getting it replaced and have not heard back from them. So far, I'm pretty disappointed

Upon receiving the review and being notified of the damaged product, we immediately went into action. We had not received any prior emails so, this was our first point of communication. While finding hard to believe that the leather would become detached from the stainless closure in transit, we sent a brand new bracelet to you. Along with a video showing how to properly open the bracelet to avoid being damaged again in the same way. We also sent it with a mutual understanding that you would send the damaged piece back but we have yet to receive it. Normally we do not send anything out without getting the damaged piece back but we made an exception in this case.
